To all concerned Bullseye members.....

 To all concerned Bullseye members:

Good morning, good afternoon and good evening.

In the last two Sports Days, Bullseye had been on a downfall. We are getting worse in performance. Our overall ranking was first place from 2019 to 2023, and it has started to drop, notably to third place in the 20th Anniversary Sports Day in 2024, and also the 2025 Sports Day this year. Some Bullseye members had raised concerns that Touchdown and Slamdunk have much better athletes than Bullseye. They fear that Bullseye will be disadvantaged in future Sports Days. I hear your concern. And I am here to present solutions to help you navigate the future.

In order for Bullseye to win Sports Day 2026, one aspect is training. Training is very important. During Sports Day in 2024 and 2025, I saw the Bullseye athletes not being able to perform well. Hence, the main issue is performance. This can be clearly overcome by training. Training is the heartbeat of Bullseye because only with proper and adequate training, can Bullseye win the Champion House Trophy.

We were once the weakest house in Nobel International School, but yet, with determination we were able to succeed. When I was in Nobel in the year 2014, we worked very hard to pull ourselves together to make Bullseye win the 2014 Sports Day. Following that, I managed to draft plans, consult every single Bullseye member one by one, and to get them to agree and improve on the plans so that it will be possible for Bullseye to win the 2014 Nobel Cup, and it succeeded. Building on that legacy, we expanded the plans and refined them to win Sports Day together in 2015. I managed to speak to everyone in Bullseye from Year 7 to 11 to get everyone united and on board. Together, we built a winning culture, year upon year, and won  the 2015 Sports Day, the 2015 Nobel Cup, the 2016 Sports Day, the 2017 Nobel Cup, the 2018 Founder's Run, 2018 Nobel Cup, 2019 Founder's Run, 2019 Sports Day, 2020 Founder's Run, and also top the overall tally for 2020 and 2022, sans 2021 because no sports events were held, and also bested the 2023 Founder's  Run, Nobel Cup and Sports Day, and also the 2024 Founder's Run prior to our deteriorating performance.  Above all, every Bullseye member had loads of fun and discussion, coming to ask me how is Bullseye upon their graduation from Nobel.

Crown Jewel of Bullseye

The 2024 Sports Day, which all of us call the 20th Anniversary Sports Day, was to be the crown jewel of Bullseye's 2019-2023 victory streak, as we had won five years since we had either won a Sports Day or kept it with us in lieu of the Covid 19 pandemic. We had an  ambition to win five years since 2014. We faltered in 2017 and 2018, but upon the 2019 victory, we returned to finish the long lost job that we had once aimed for greatness. We hit the four-year-mark in 2022, and bested it in 2023 to make five years, surpassing the 2014, 2015 and 2016 victories. After winning five years, every Bullseye member who had contributed to Bullseye, both current students and alumni, will want a celebration to celebrate all the victories. So, we planned for the 2024 Sports Day victory for Bullseye, as we had begun our winning journey on 9th April 2014. We had won many Sports Days, Nobel Cups and Founder's Run. Aside from the aforementioned years of Sports Day, which we won in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, we also won the 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2022 and 2023 Nobel Cups, and all the Founder's Runs since 2018, up till 2025. I know we do not have scores for Founder's Run, but based on my calculations, we would have won if marks were awarded.

We wanted to use the 20th Anniversary Sports Day in 2024 not just to celebrate Nobel's 20th Anniversary, but also 10 years since the first victory of Bullseye, as it shows how much we have  gotten here since the beginning of time. However, Touchdown won the 2024 Sports Day, and we wanted to replace it in 2025 to celebrate 10 years since the 2015 victory, but it was also foiled again, this time, by Slamdunk, a Sports House that never won anything before and is now winning their first Sports Day after winning the 2019, 2020 and 2021 Nobel Cup.

2024 and 2025 were to be victory years for Bullseye, but this did not turn out well. But it is ok, as we can try to win the 2026 Sports Day.

The 2026 Sports Day, for a brief period, will not be tied in to any victory streak. Each of Bullseye's victories had never been a standalone victory; just a pair like Nobel Cup, or a slew of back-to-back wins year upon year like Sports Day or Founder's Run. In fact, we have three victory streaks. The first two victory streaks are seen in Sports Day; 2014 to 2016, and 2019 to 2023. The third one is in the Founder's Run; all the victories had been snapped by Bullseye since 2018 and it is still growing to this day, unstoppable. Some folks asked why do we count the Covid 19 and MCO period into the Sports Day streak for 2019 to 2023. It's because we still kept the 2019 trophy as of 2021, and had the highest scores as of the cancellation of Sports Day 2020. This is also why Slamdunk also had 3 Nobel Cup titles.

But this is also more important. You may not know it, or only some of you know about it, but I have gotten Chee Fooi Foon to support Bullseye. She is the principal of SJKC Serdang Baru 2 and she likes the Bullseye concept! She crazily wants Bullseye to win, you know. Her support for Bullseye was so contagious, she caused Bullseye to shoot up in the scores after either her name was displayed on the Sports Day or her endorsement message was presented to the Bullseye athletes. It was like, crazy, you know. In fact, the concept was so popular among both the current students and alumni. Of course, I know some of you may think it is weird, but once you understand the concept, you will love it! That is why she is so powerful; she is the Lady Liberty of Bullseye. Seriously. She is that powerful, and you should know it! But I also got Kuan Muk Lang, the principal of SJKC Shin Cheng (Harcroft), which is near my house, to support Bullseye. I managed to get Chee Fooi Foon's support when she was principal of SJKC Shin Cheng (Harcroft) before she was transferred to SJKC Serdang Baru 2. You know what? All  the students and parents and security guards like the concept you know!

Therefore, ladies and gentlemen, if Bullseye wins, we must praise Chee Fooi Foon for giving so much motivation. Even she gave me a lot of motivation. When her name is displayed on Sports Day, Nobel Cup or Founder's Run, as long as  you mention it, after some time, the marks for Bullseye will shoot up like mad. This happened in 2023, when Bullseye won, and in 2024 and 2025, when Bullseye lost. It shows that Chee Fooi Foon knows no boundaries. It is impressive, and we must also award her a Tan Sri. Tan Sri Chee Fooi Foon, that is to say. Of course, officially, she is not a Tan Sri, but among the Bullseye members, she will be a Tan Sri because of the power of the principal. Some folks who have been with us since the very first Bullseye victory propose giving the Tan Sri title to me because of my enthusiastic plans for Bullseye over the years which I did with Caleb Chuang. But let's award it to her, because, as you know, it is rare to see a principal act like that, and the House Captain of Bullseye should be awarding it to her. We will award  it when Bullseye wins the Sports Day or all the competitions. The award will  come when the House Captain of Bullseye lifted the champion house trophy for Bullseye.

Bullseye White Paper

Last  March, we launched the Bullseye  White Paper, containing an important series of plans to rejuvenate Bullseye. The Chee Fooi Foon symbolism is one of them. This riled up the Bullseye members. But for next year, 2026, we also want to introduce new symbolism, that is, to fuse Bullseye with Chinese  New Year and Hari Raya Aidilfitri. This is an important plan presented by Jason Leing. He was Bullseye's 2017 Athletics Captain. He's from the same batch as me, Class of 2017, and he was a really great runner. His best friend, Sean Mark,  was Nobel's superstar 100m athlete. We need to consider his ideas, as, at the time, when he suggested the idea, Sports Day did not fall as such in such a timeline. But it is quite certain that for 2026, Sports Day will fall  on 10th April 2026, according to my predictions, exactly after Hari Raya; and  the Founder's Run will fall on 6th or 7th February. The Management had held the  Founder's Runs on Saturdays, but I have a sixth sense that they will consider shifting the Founder's Run to a school day after the  low turnout this year. We need to  know the game of the management, but I will explain it in a minute's time. The Founder's Run, Sports Day, Chinese New Year, Ramadan and Hari Raya will fall together. In fact, it will be only once every 33 years that this fun will happen. We call it Kongsi Raya, because the Islamic calendar is 11 days shorter than the normal Gregorian calendar which we use.

But as I said before, the management is out to stop Bullseye from winning, because of the legacy of Bullseye. All the alumni members know it. They started to keep on denying Bullseye from winning in 2017.The score was 648-649; 648 points for Bullseye, and 649 points for Touchdown. It was the most weirded nonsense to ever happen in Nobel International School's history. Bullseye was the winner. The management rejected the dance competition judging. This information was told by  Sean Mark via WhatsApp. Ivyna Ong, another good friend of mine and the dance captain of Bullseye, cried like mad. She was next to me on the Sports Day closing ceremony in 2017. Starting from then, the management had tried stopping Bullseye from winning. In 2018, they changed alumni visitation rules after we tried propping Bullseye up. In 2019, the management panicked, because we outsmarted their game. They gave the Nobel Cup championship to Slamdunk in 2019 after fair play, but we managed to rebound in the Founder's Run 2020, and it  made one guy in the top management very angry, I was told. In fact, I was surprised over that guy from that management getting mad. They made the competition landscape easier in 2022 so that Homerun can win, but we outsmarted them and won instead. Then, in 2023, Touchdown was supposed to win, but we won instead, all because of Chee Fooi Foon. The management will use all tips and tricks to stop Bullseye, and we outlined this in the Bullseye White Paper. But since it is a strategy lasting till 2030, we will focus on the 2026 strategy first.

The Management put Founder's Run on Saturdays because Bullseye was winning the Founder's Run, every one since 2018. The Management is considering eliminating the Virtual Run and shifting the thing back to a physical run on a school day for 2026. They want to be biased against Bullseye, so I appeal to all of you Bullseye members to consider training for the physical run. We need to run 5km in 20 minutes. We need to do so in order to win. We need everyone to register. In fact, I once wanted to start a fundraising program to fundraise Bullseye's Founder's Run registration budget for everyone so we can register all of us together, but I was told it was illegal. Hence, I am here persuading you to register and run. We must run like mad, so that we can win. We need to train, too, and run. I did so, and I trained as hard as possible, and won the 2017 Founder's Run, and everyone was surprised. I will also go on to win the 2018 and 2019 Founder's Run, too, and now I can conquer the full marathon and win 10th place.

But of all things, everyone must train. After school closes in November, we need to start, as Sports Day can happen anytime. The management is full of funny tricks. They can do anything to stop Bullseye, but those who have been here from the very start know the pains of not taking the management's planning into account. There are many tutorials on YouTube to teach you how to run. We must do it and use it and consult with our PE teachers who will help us.

Conclusion

Ladies and gentlemen, I can talk more about the history of Bullseye another day, but I will be showing you a link to the Bullseye history in a minute. It is a blog I made containing all the proposals and plans for Bullseye and all the history of Bullseye, which will ease my effort of explanation. The year 2026 is the most dangerous time to be a house captain of Bullseye, and to be very clear, the management hates you. They hate Bullseye and they hate us so much. I might be quite serious, but I  have to be serious and tell you that this message  from the management is cruel. They don't want Bullseye to win. It is a bit depressing, but if we  can get through this news, sink it in, and come out of it, faster, stronger, and better. If we can overcome the adversity of this fact, and outsmart the planning and stuff the management does, I can confirm you, we can win the next ten Sports Days. They will definitely give a chance to Homerun in 2026, but if Bullseye members outsmart it, it will be thanks to all of us who did our part, and the very one and only Tan Sri Chee Fooi Foon, the Liberator of Bullseye. So thank you, ladies and gentlemen, and we will make Bullseye win again. Hail to Bullseye.

Why Bullseye Cannot Win Sports Day 2024 and 2025
